Azuki beans are native to the Himalayas. Intense red color and sweet taste, it is easier to digest than other pulses. It contains plenty of fiber and proteins. This product does not carry any genetically modified ingredient. Soak 8h. 3 pieces of water x 1 of azuki. Bring to a boil and cook 45 min. approx. Add salt at the end of cooking.
