Couscous is a traditional food from Morocco and Algeria made from wheat semolina. In Arabic it means to eat, and it is the main dish for many recipes. It supports multiple combinations. As a starter, as a side dish, as a sweet and dessert ingredient, or cold in salads or tablets. This product does not carry any genetically modified ingredient.
1 part of water x 1 of couscous. Boil water with oil and salt. Turn off the heat and add couscous and stir. Rest for 2 min. Add 1 tablespoon of butter and cook over low heat for 3 min.
