Polvoritzar els bolets. Torrar lleugerament el blat sarraí sense oli. Col·locar en una cassola amb l’aigua, els bolets polvoritzades i la sal. Tapar.
Amb el foc alt, portar a ebullició. Reduir el foc a la meitat i coure 10 min. Baixar al mínim i cuinar 5 o 7 min. Apartar del foc i deixar-ho reposar 5 min. mantenint la calor(amb una manta o dins el forn escalfat). No obrir la tapa durant tot el procés.
Mentre escalfar l’oli i ofegar suaument les cebes.
Afegir les cebes i els ous al blat sarraí i barrejar amb cura. Salpebrar.
